We are looking for a campus pastor to provide leadership, shepherding, and direction for the Bearden campus of Two Rivers Church, maintaining alignment with our mission, vision, and core values.

Major Responsibilities:

Culture – Ensure the Two Rivers Church culture is replicated at the campus level.
Leadership – Lead the campus by casting a vision for campus initiatives that align with the overall church vision. This includes leading weekend services and overseeing all ministry areas for the campus. Continually evaluate campus for effectiveness and alignment with the overall church mission. Serve on the Two Rivers Church staff leadership team.
Groups – Champion Two Rivers Church’s value for groups. Participate in group team meetings, training, and strategic initiatives as needed. Provide leadership in recruiting, shepherding, and supporting group leaders for the campus.
Impact – Identify, develop and maintain local partnerships to advance the vision.
Staff – Provide leadership for the campus staff. Set goals with staff members, provide ongoing coaching and training as needed, and facilitate annual evaluations.
Multiplication – Identify, recruit, and develop volunteer leaders.
Teach – Teach and facilitate campus-specific classes.
Shepherd – Perform pastoral care responsibilities such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, child dedications, and counseling referrals.
Administration – Provide administrative supervision of campus. Manage the campus budget with accountability to the Lead Pastor and the Director of Finance.

Other Responsibilities

Work with other staff members supporting them and their ministries, both within and across campuses.
Obtain credentials with EFCA.
Additional staff requirements as required such as “Pastor On Call,” hospital visitations, church staff events, church-wide events, etc.

This is a full-time pastoral position.
