HOPE of East Tennessee, in collaboration with Ridgeview Mental Health Center, provides treatment and supportive services to men and women seeking recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Hope offers outpatient services, transitional living, aftercare, individual counseling, and special focus groups such as relapse prevention and dual diagnosis.

The Hope program relies extensively on the 12-step programs of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous. Individuals are expected to be responsible for themselves by being gainfully employed and contributing toward the cost of room, board, and treatment.

 

Opportunity Details

Raising funds to support Hope is a service opportunity suitable for either groups or individuals. For example:

  • Use your creativity to conduct a fundraising campaign and then donate the money raised as a one-time gift to Hope. Contact Hope’s Executive Director to coordinate this activity.
  • Collect and give items or property needed for the daily operation of the Hope facilities including the men’s and women’s halfway houses. Please coordinate your collections and donations through the Executive Director.
