Ability to sing along with a click: Each instrument on stage will be required to know how to maintain tempo with a click or metronome track. Please make sure that you download the audition materials provided and submit your video with the track provided that has a click included.
Ability to learn parts by ear: We provide MP3 tracks on our Planning Center database for volunteers to learn their parts for the weekend. We will be looking for the ability to maintain correct pitch and sing the original parts recorded on the tracks.
Ability to sing harmonies: Harmony tracks will be recorded and posted for each volunteer to learn. We will be looking for accuracy in singing the parts as they were recorded.
Stage presence: As worship leaders, we are looking for vocalists who will truly lead obedient and authentic worship by example for the purpose of encouraging others to do the same. Along with that, every vocalist must demonstrate appropriate stage presence, so not to become a distraction.
Ability to demonstrate dynamics and stylistic quality: We will be looking for vocalists that show a range in their vocal dynamics, stylistic vocal choices, and vocal range.
