2RC Kids Summer Blast

Get ready for a weekend full of energy, joy, and life-changing moments! Summer Blast is a special event just for kids ages 2 through 5th grade—and it’s all about discovering how to live and love like Jesus!

Friday Night kicks off with Family Night, where kids and parents come together for an evening of connection, worship, and hands-on fun.

Saturday is all about the kids! Drop them off for a full day packed with high-energy games, creative activities, engaging Bible stories, and meaningful moments that will help them grow in their faith.

Sunday we wrap it all up during our regular service times with a celebration of everything we’ve learned and experienced together.

This isn’t just another weekend—it’s a chance for kids to grow in their faith, build friendships, and be inspired to Be Like Jesus every day!

Can I stay with my child on Saturday?

Due to the nature of the event all adults onsite will be background checked. If you wish to stay onsite you will need to volunteer and have a cleared background check. You can sign up to volunteer using the form below.

What if I need to drop off late or pick up early on Saturday?

You may drop off late or pick up early on Saturday. You must coordinate with your Kids Ministry Staff leader ahead of time.

What if we can only attend one day?

We highly encourage you to attend all 3 days as this makes for the best experience. However, if you cannot make all three days and still wish to attend, please let your kids ministry staff leader know.

What will my child be doing on Saturday?

Saturday will include large group, small group, outdoor activities (with and without water), snack, games, and a rest/movie time for our kids ages 4 and under.

Which campus will this be at?

This event will be held at all three campuses.

Can I have someone else pick-up or drop-off my child?

Yes, the drop off and pick up will be based on who has a parent pick up tag. It will be your responsibility to make sure that the person picking up is the one with the pick-up tag. If the pick-up tag is lost, we will check ID and it must match the adult on the registration.
