LOCATION

In January 2020, we began meeting at Pond Gap Elementary School. With the restrictions on school sites during the Covid-19 crisis, we moved forward locating an alternative site for when we would be able to return to on-campus worship gatherings. We are so excited to have secured the Terrace Theater in Homberg Shopping area at 315 South Mohican Street in Bearden.

NEXT STEPS

As we approached the February 2020 launch, we held gatherings in 2019 and in January 2020 that gave great opportunities for us to spend time getting to know the people we are now serving and worshiping alongside at our new campus. You can always find information on events held on the Bearden Campus and on all campuses at  2RC.tv/Events.

 PRAY

We invite you to join us in prayer as we continue to pursue the vision to Multiply followers of Jesus by launching a new campus in the Bearden area of West Knoxville. The following are three areas of prayer emphasis:

Pray for People (2 Corinthian 5:14-15)

• For those in Bearden area who don’t have a relationship with Jesus.
• God would draw those who don’t have a church home.
• People would experience God’s love and a welcoming community.

Pray for Provision (Philippians 4:19)

• Growth of a core team.
• Favor in the community.
• Response to God’s call to serve.

Pray for our Pursuit (Ephesians 2:10)

• To be Word-dependent & Spirit-empowered.
• To disciple & equip well.
• To serve the community well.
• Ask, “What is God calling me to do?”
